Honestly, Blake R. Was nice, friendly, and professional. For the most part I was satisfied with the maintenance visit until the next day. After his visit, we noticed our AC wasn't keeping up. We were torn if it was an issue, or just the first hot day and we weren't acclimated to the heat. The next day we realized the AC had stopped working. We discovered a weather panel left open and a switch that was put back in upsidedown. Once seeded probably and closed the AC worked fine. Really upset that it happened to begin with.
