Dwight was a representative that came out. Really enjoyed meeting him. He knows what he's talking about and you can have a down-to-earth conversation with him he's very informative knows what he's doing. I love that they're honest and tell you if you really need something or you don't or you can wait a while before you get it they told us how long they thought our AC would continued working at the rate that it is currently performing. Truly all around good service and I received a very good deal for a new customer for my AC check give them a call I think you'll be surprised it is a nice company Make sure to ask for Dwight for your tech to come out

My wife and I appreciated Williams Heating & Air sending a crew of four gentlemen to our home for the installation of a new furnace and connecting A/C system. Essentially the temperature in the house had fallen to under 50*. I like a cool house to sleep in but 48* is a little too chilly. The new furnace warmed the house in record time.
