Also Kim costumer support was amazing understood my needs and got it done ! Both LT and Kim have great attention to detail and because of them I would recommend Airtron! Airtron Indy did our new build install and everything has been working well and as expected. With the cooler weather we went with Airtron for a while home humidifier. The installation was clean and it was reasonably priced. Upon needing additional equipment to optimize the whole home humidifier, Brandon with the Airtron team listened to my concerns and was able to offer a solution that was fair and resolved the issue. Capacitor failed. Airtron believes fair pricing for this repair is $350 ($119 to roll a truck/diagnose + $240 flat price for the capacitor and to install it). My wife had no choice but to pay as we had guests with no heat and 90 degree temperatures. I called and politely asked Airtron supervisor Jillian for price adjustment given the part itself is $30 list price and the tech was there no more than 30 minutes. After saying No - their answer was that I should have signed up for their warranty plan (worked to lock you into their services long term) to save money on that specific repair. Since I'm not looking for a warranty plan but simply fair pricing, I declined. Supervisor tried to make an argument that their total cost for this service justified $350. While i acknowledge that there are back end support costs associated with running an operation - $300 per hour are appropriate rates for a good lawyer, not an HVAC technician. Cannot recommend this vendor.
