We found a leak coming from our washer water hookup and wanted to replace our outdoor water faucets at the same time. They came out that day on time (actually early, but he called to make sure it was ok). Dustin was fantastic! He said that all we would have to do is tighten something to stop the leak and there wouldn’t be a charge for that. We opted to replace the whole thing because it was old anyways. The outdoor faucets look great and work fantastically. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. He also did not talk down to me, which is very important to me.
