I couldn't recommend Steven and Plumb Doctor more! I had a plumbing emergency that required a cleaning and restoration company's involvement. They recommended a fantastic company, and were able to come right away and work with the restoration crew with timing so they could get in to fix the issue very quickly and get us back living in our house as soon as possible. They walked me through the homeowner's insurance filing process for the repairs, were very professional and thorough, and checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. They even unhooked a troublesome washing machine so the restoration company could demo the area they needed. Everyone I talked to at Plumb Doctor was incredibly helpful, including Steven, Ashlyn, and the other plumber who was assisting. The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone.
