I was quite pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy that Tad, as well as Tyler in getting the job done. We are new to the area and didn't know who we would call to handle our hot water and garbage disposal problem. The air conditioner went out in our rental property on one of the hottest days of the summer and the unit was up and running again the same day. The office staff was great getting a new account set up quickly and making sure that my tenant could be involved in the process so I didn’t have to be the middleman Keith Wray called me with the diagnosis and had already put in a part to confirm his assessment was accurate. He provided me with good, better and best options without me having to ask and thoroughly explained the specifics of each. Once I made the decision he was able to complete the repair at that time and my tenants confirmed later in the day the house was cooling off again. It was a real blessing to get such great all around service.
