Freddie and his crew did an outstanding job with our roof. We had a pretty major overhaul of our roof which required ripping off and replacing nearly all the decking on the front of our house in order to also replace insulation and air flow baffles in between each roof rafter. Condensation was getting trapped in our attic due to poor ventilation, which caused moisture on the insulation and decking of our previous roof. The crew was able to complete the major reno in about 2.5 days which also included adding and replacing all the soffit vents to help improve air flow. Freddie and his crew took many pictures and shared them with us along the way to let us know exactly what they were doing, which was a huge bonus that our previous roofer did not do. Freddie was extremely responsive to all of my questions and quickly resolved any doubts throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Rojas Roofing if you are in need of a roof. When we decided to replace our roof, I accepted proposals from 5 different contractors. At the start, the sales person from Rojas Tom Hebbe stood out. He is an expert in residential roofing but he is not a high pressure sales person. Whenever I needed information, Tom responded quickly with the exact information I needed. Throughout the project, Tom was quite helpful with the insurance claim and he deserves some credit for the size of the insurance check I received. Chris Rojas and his brother Freddy were also quite responsive. They helped us with the color selection of the shingles, gutters and downspouts. They kept us well informed about the timing of the project. The project itself was completed in two days and there were no surprises or additional charges from Rojas. After the project was completed, clean up was thorough. While the price Rojas quoted was not the lowest, it was the best value for our project. I encourage anyone with a roofing project to contact Rojas - they wil
