Had a slow drain, my snaking skills are lacking! Was able to get an appointment quickly. Andrew was professional and made sure to clean everything up. The initial phone call to Howald was answered promptly and an appointment was made for the next morning. Andrew came promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the next steps. He did NOT give us a high pressure sales pitch! He answered our questions. He told us that if we chose to buy the water softener and have it installed, it could be done the very next day. After he left he sent two different estimates. We have decided that estimate # 66302919 suits us best. We are very impressed with this company, and will send an additional review after the service has been completed. The work has been completed and Andrew did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants prompt, professional, courteous service, and a good quality product.
