Mitch was very responsive and very knowledgeable on the situation with my roof. One morning I had water leaking through my ceiling into my kitchen, and that same day Mitch had someone out to look at what was causing it. Once we identified the problem areas, he followed up with me until the problem came to an end. Mitch was very professional and was very good explaining to my wife what was wrong while I was out even though she had never had to deal with a household emergency like that on her own before. I had been dealing with a couple different roofers in the past year trying to figure out what was wrong and Mitch was the only guy to actually care about solving the problem instead of making a quick dollar.
