Honest Abe Roofing Indianapolis

This company sticks by their word and guarantee. I looked into 4 different companies and I picked Honest Abe because they guarantee their work. I had a leak in the roof on the front porch and there were some issues initially but one of the field managers, Cody, came out same day and got to the bottom of the problem and literally fixed it that day. Stayed til well after dark still working on it. It’s hard to know who to go with when you don’t know anything about roofing but I’m very happy with the customer service that Honest Abe and Cody have shown to me and would recommend them to anyone in the Indianapolis area! After going through bids, inspections, and countless phone calls with insurance and a few different roofing companies I found Honest Abe. I liked their guarantee, their flexibility and the effort from the start. Once I signed on the X a few things changed, I didn't receive much communication at all. Once things started happening, (Materials being dropped off, dunpstee being staged) I started asking questions. When was the work starting? Why did you drop this stuff off without telling me? What do you know about the job that I don't? I talked to a supervisor of sorts named Jeremy. He told me the materials and dumpster being staged was his mistake because he ordered the materials without discussing a start date with me beforehand. When I signed up I informed everyone I had talked to that the work must be performed with me present, and I am not available M-F. Honest Abe assured me this would be possible. Fast forward several weeks with no communication either direction, I am on vacation.

We hired Honest Abe Roofing to repair an area of our roof that had been damaged by a critter. Project manager Cody Still and his team came out quickly to work on the job. Cody was very communicative and kept me informed of the process. He took photos to document the repair process and shared them with me. We are extremely happy with the job and are reassured knowing that with Honest Abe’s warranty we will have coverage if the critter is ever to come back and cause more damage at the area that was replaced.
