Our roof looks great. The crew arrived every day before 8am and worked diligently all day until after 5pm on most days. They picked up after themselves daily which was greatly appreciated. We had a new metal roof installed a few months ago. Whole process was great. Any concern we had they immediately were responsive and resolved it. I called one time and they were out at the house within 2 hours to address our concern. Would recommend to anyone! Service: Roof installation
we love our new roof. there was an irregularity in our old roof that was hidden by the shingle roof that became apparent when the metal panels were installed. I expressed my concern to Mike Burdine the president. They came back out,removed all of the metal panels on the front side of the roof,leveled it and installed new metal panels . there was a minimal charge for the shims and wood work and we were not charged for the removal of the panels nor installation of new panels. Mike spent the day on site with the crew on site to make sure it looked good and it does..It wasn't perfect the first time but they definitely took care of us
