After having a rough experience with another contractor, Doug and Mike came in and did what nobody else could do. Our metal roof has a 50 year warranty and is the envy of the entire neighborhood. we love our new roof. there was an irregularity in our old roof that was hidden by the shingle roof that became apparent when the metal panels were installed. I expressed my concern to Mike Burdine the president. They came back out,removed all of the metal panels on the front side of the roof,leveled it and installed new metal panels . there was a minimal charge for the shims and wood work and we were not charged for the removal of the panels nor installation of new panels. Mike spent the day on site with the crew on site to make sure it looked good and it does..It wasn't perfect the first time but they definitely took care of us

After almost an entire year of having my roof tarped to prevent it from leaking into multiple rooms of my house - I can finally relax. So many other companies will ghost you and not respond, or even just gouge on the price. Metal Solutions, Inc. is a gem of a roofing company. Doug was great to work with and a top notch guy. They provide a 50 year warranty, which is fantastic. Asphalt roofing is going to last 25 years tops, these metal roofs are not only beautiful - but they are built to last as well.
