We called A+ to come roto rooter our tub drain and had my father at the house when they arrived. Work was completed and $170 paid. The next day my tub is still not draining. Call them back out and my father calls to let me know they have to roto rooter it. Excuse me? That’s what we requested the first time. That’s when I find out the tech poured chemicals down the drain the first time and it didn’t work so now he wants to charge me to roto rooter it. I obviously objected to the charge, to which the tech said he wouldn’t charge a service fee this time. Really? I shouldn’t be charged at all! The tech took a $170 gamble with my money and when it didn’t work, wanted to charge me again for the service I actually requested!!! I’ve spoken to another plumber since then and he said 99% of tub clogs require a rotor rooter due to hair. This is what I requested and not what I got. Charged over $300 total for something that should have cost half. The second time he came, he also soaked my bath rug
