I rented from Michiana Homes and Rentals for about a year, I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Alicia was always very responsive to my phone calls and their maintenance was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend leasing from this company. And if you look at the other reviews, they are most likely from younger people who have never rented or lived on their own before and do not understand the policies of a proper move out
Dan fixed my ceiling after a leak from the roof created a crack. He was very patient while the roof was being redone, and was able to fix the crack quickly. Now I can't even tell anything happened. Went above and beyond expectations!
MHAR property management was a great company to work with. Dan was professional and prompt. We could not have asked for a better experience!
