Woke up with no heat. House was cold. Joe came out and give me the bad news that I had a crack in the heat exchanger and blower motor was fried gave me an estimate on new furnace said his crew could put it and that evening! Furnace went out on a Saturday morning. Spent several hours texting back and forth trying to figure out if furnace could even be repaired. In the end, the one part I needed wasn't available from any supplier and I checked online and couldn't find it either. Furnace was at end of its life so decided to have new furnace installed. Showed up and installed brand new furnace just before extreme cold hit and couldn't be happier with the service! Went out of their way to try and help me out! I worked with a national chain for five years to service my HVAC and they recently suggested i replace my unit....at a cost of 20k. I called Greenway and quickly discovered what I had been missing....Joe answered my call on a Sunday evening and being the owner said he could come out that night or first thing Monday morning. A new HVAC was not needed instead Monday morning Joe replace a (flux) capacitor and something on my fan. I’m a life long Greenway customer and I hope you will be too!
