Advantage plumbing stripped the heating element on my water heater and to replace my water heater and remove it was nearly $2000.00. Bought electric water heater at Menards and had EJ White install and remove the old water heater at 1/4 of the cost. Chase the installer was professional, did the job very fast with no mess. Technician can out and didn't even look at the water heater on the 1st visit. My neighbor who originally installed the water heater tried to make the repairs and couldn't figure out what was wrong. My neighbor and the technician talked and the tech said it sounded like the thermostat was bad. The technician called the water heater company and was on the phone for over an hour. The technician finally got the part #'s and told me once I ordered the parts he would be back to install. Second trip the technician drained the water heater and installed the thermostat. The water heater still did not stay lit. The technician stated I needed a pilot assembly. Ordered the pilot assembly and was sent the wrong part so the 3rd trip was a waste. Ordered the correct pilot assembly and then contacted the technician and the office and was told someone would be out to install the pilot assembly. Left several messages with the technician and the office.and never heard back from EJ White. EJ

I had a small leak on one of my pipes and they were there the same morning I called and had it fixed within the hour. Parts and labor were $110 which I thought was very reasonable for a service call.
