A-1 Sewer & Septic

I contacted A-1 Sewer and Septic through the online message portal due to a clog in my mainline. The scheduling coordinator, Maria, responded almost instantly and I was put on the schedule for the next day. Lorenzo was the tech that came out and quickly solved my issue. Lorenzo was extremely courteous and informative. While he was cleaning out my mainline he took a look at other pipes for potential issues. He gave me tips for things I could do myself and things to watch out for in the future. Overall I had a great experience. My issue was solved quickly and I appreciate the helpful staff members.

Delvaun did a great job when he cleared our line today. He took the time to explain what was going on and did a wonderful job to help our family. We really appreciated the time and attention to detail he provided. Not only did he quickly clear the drain but he was very professional and made sure the area was clean prior to leaving. I really feel he went above and beyond and should be commended for his great service

A-1 was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I had them inspect the sewer line after a soft clog resulted in a watery basement, and I later had them hydrojet the line out for me and camera it. Very good service and quality for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated Dan’s frank assessment and helpful realistic advice of what he’d do in my shoes. Will call again!
