From the time I called and spoke with the person that answered the phone until their tech left it made a frantic experience into a huge relief. I had Vance over at the house today to replace the water heater. Great guy! He even caught another issue with low hot water pressure in our kitchen faucet after living here nearly 5 years! I have had LBA, A Anthony, and several others tell me that I needed to replace lines to make it flow with pressure. He knew it was the valve, and replaced it to make it like new! Our water heater went out last week so I began doing my own research of area companies and received many quotes shopping around.
