I had called another company to unclog the main drain at my house. They came out and said there was an object in the drain causing the backup and the only way to remove it was to jack hammer the concrete in the basement, cut the pipe to remove object and replace everything. $4400 quote to do this. I then talked to Sydney and Steve at Mr. Plumber and Steve told me he would send Tom out and he'd get it done without all that crazy demolition of my floor. Tom came out and was an absolute master of this craft as well as a super professional. An hour later....done!!! And at the cost of a drain cleaning. When I found Mr. Plumber through a referral, all I had to do was call and explain a little bit about my current water heater and I had a quote within seconds. Not only did they help fix our issues, they gave us thorough advice on important information that ensures you can keep everything well maintained. Really down to earth guys.
