Been dealing with this company since June 30. They replaced my circuit board and capacitor . $625 and August 21 the temperature in my house was 85 degrees last night. Ricky down the street said he will have to make it by and look at the ac. Set two appointments. First one was 1 to ,5. Sent a text at 1134. I was not there in 10 minutes. So I missed the appt. Second one was 7 to 8 am. Came earlier so since no answer it was considered I missed that one. Also my dog was barking when he came to the door. Problem there is I have no dog! Why set appt. times if you do not go by them? This has been a nightmare. Hopefully get results soon. It is hot outside. Currently a cool ,88 degrees in my house now. Hopefully they come by with some fre!eon this evening. Update. Ricky just left here and fixed my ac. He checked the Freeon which Ray and Tony never did. I asked them about checking it with the gages and they wouldn't do it. Ricky did and found some other problems too. He fixed everyone of them a

Great service from install the troubleshooting. It started with an American home shield warranty job and ended with getting an AC and furnace.
