Our A/C went out on one of the hottest nights we’ve had so far. Tucker Austin is the technician they sent out early the next morning and he was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and almost immediately knew what the problem was, which he explained to me in terms I could understand. After replacing the part, he made sure the A/C was working correctly, asked if I had any questions at all, and his kindness and patience were very appreciated and impressive! The company knows he is our Preferred Technician and will always send him to our home if at all possible should we need their services again. I had a great experience with this company! My furnace was not blowing hot air and I called and they had someone out to look at it and diagnose the same day. Keith took his time explaining what was wrong and what all our options were. Due to the age of my furnace and ac, I chose to get brand new installed. Eric came the next day to measure and explain pricing in details and was very thorough. Then the next day a whole team came install everything.
