Our air conditioner broke in July and Priced Right Heating and Cooling was the fastest company to arrive at our house the next day. Jim, the owner, quickly determined we needed a new AC and advised we should replace our furnace because it was 20 years old. We received an great discount on the air conditioner and furnace, less than I expected to spend. Jim and his crew had the entire system installed in half a day! Per Jim @ PricedRight, Quoted price for the service call was almost 3x the cost from a reputable provider, stated the repair was probably a capacitor and the charge would be 10x the cost of the part on a warranty repair. When questioning charges he stated he’d rather not have me as a customer and would prefer to NOT come out and repair the HVAC unit purchased from him. SHYSTER, DO NOT TRUST
