Assan was absolutely incredible. He came out in the rain and repaired our AC unit when another repairman said a complete replacement was needed. He was diligent, professional, kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and offered incredible customer service. He was sent out by our home warranty company but we will continue to use Assan in the future.
