This review is coming in 2 years after the work was completed on our roof. They did a great job offering solutions to our roof problems while being understanding to the budget. HT removed our old roof, repaired decking, fixed a couple split rafters, added ventilation (that fixed ice damming issue), corrected flashing to siding, and added fleshing to prevent animals chewing. 2 years year and it still looks and acts like the day they finished. I received quotes from 2 roofing companies. While both companies submitted competitive quotes for roof and gutter replacement, I chose HT Roofing because they offered OC Class-4 (Impact Resistant) shingles, mesh-style gutter covers, and multiple roof warranty options. They also provided more inspection detail of my 27 year old roof including photos in their written quote. Replacement of the roof began on Monday of Thanksgiving week and completed in 2 days. Gutter replacement was completed on the day after Thanksgiving (1 day). Gutter covers and new intake vents were installed in mid-December (1 day). During each phase of the project the work team did an excellent job of protecting the area around the exterior of my home and cleaning up the area after each phase. From start to finish, the folks at HT Roofing were outstanding. Within an hour and a half of my initial email inquiry to them, I heard back from Yessenia to schedule a site visit (to evaluate the scope of the project. Licio showed up on time on the appointed date, evaluated the issues of concern and offered a few alternatives for handling those issues. There was no pressure. When we selected the alternative that was right for us, he prepared the work order (which included the price) right then and there. By the time he was leaving, we were on the schedule for the following week to get the work done. The following week, Licio's team showed up as promised and quickly completed the work. The work was done completely and in a professional manner. Throughout the process Licio and Yessenia kept us informed by text, email, etc. When the need arises in the future, I most certainly will call again on HT Roofing.
