The serviceman was kind and helpful. This was an annual service for a water filter. However, he said he had to check the operation of the soft water system. That took him 15 minutes. We were charged $129 for that check up, but that seems way too much.
Our water softener consultation was informative and entertaining. Installation was very professional and expedient. Material quality is top notch. Owner maintenance was thoroughly explained. During and after installation AHS made sure we knew that support would be available to us. Meticulous and thorough across the board.
Called them to look at my water softener they installed. Never showed up then called and reschedule for another day which was 2 hrs late. Did not fix it and said I’ll have to reschedule for another day and charged me over $200 tech was very nice but did not wear a mask and seamed to have a cold. And drove a unmarked vehicle wasn’t sure if he worked for them since his shirt said a different company name on it..
