The True Grit crew came when they said they would, and worked diligently to repair weather damage on our roof and gutters. Luis did a very thorough preliminary inspection, and we were satisfied with his knowledge and expertise as he answered our questions. He took a series of photos showing where the repair was needed. A follow up series of photos after the repair work was completed showed that the proposed work was done. It is difficult for a home owner to know that a roofing company has done the job promised without actually getting on the roof, so the photos were very helpful. When we realized that sealing one of the corner gutter seams was overlooked, we contacted Sergio, and it was addressed the next day. We feel confident that this winter we will not experience ice jams and gutter damage caused by frigid temperatures because of the repairs done by True Grit, and that we can trust the company to stand behind their work. Sergio was great. He came to our home and spelled out in a thorough presentation on the differences in the good, better and best roof options. We decided on the good. He always answered my calls and if didn't, he would always call me back in a timely manner. His team worked hard and finished up in 2 days which was what Sergio said it would take. True Grit just finished a full roof replacement that had a mix of asphalt shingles and standing seam metal and included full gutter replacement. I have also used them in the past to do LP smart siding on my house. I enjoy working with them as they do a quality job and follow-up on any issues you have. Sergio does a good job of explaining options including the pros and cons of different materials. He knows many of the insurance adjusters as well and how the process works when you need to get a new roof. When I asked about doing some standing seam metal to replace shingles on the front of the house for aesthetics he noted I possibly had more damage on the rest.
