Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He found the source of the problem and quickly resolved it. This was a problem that we had 2 other companies look at and they were unable to fix it! Juan was awesome!! I'm not aware of average market price for what was done but it seemed a little pricey. Although I was happy with my tech and the services he provided, I won't use Tann next time due to high prices. $200 an hour plus $99 dollar call out fee and at least double on all parts. Tann did a wonderful job from start to finish. Communication was great and their technicians were knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. They worked well with my schedule, listened to my requests and made sure to be in and out in a single day so we were not without power to our home for more than 2 hours. Overall I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Services I had: Wired and install new 200amp main pannel New 200amp service disconnect outside New 100amp sub pannel in basement. New double grounding rods outside Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation, Remodeling, Electrical panel repair
