Tann Electric

Juan was awesome!! I'm not aware of average market price for what was done but it seemed a little pricey. Although I was happy with my tech and the services he provided, I won't use Tann next time due to high prices. $200 an hour plus $99 dollar call out fee and at least double on all parts. Services: General repairs, Electrical outlet & switch installation

I am incredibly frustrated with the cost of the work performed by Tann Electric. Tann came recommended by my property manager as a good electrician who has worked in our building before. 1) Rates were not disclosed prior to the start of work, but as he began the work only. And a rough estimate was not provided before work had commenced, but only when the final bill was presented. I, as the customer, had no idea of even an estimate of the amount that I would be liable for at the end of service. 2) Outlets were left open and unsafe while he went to Home Depot to get new outlets and a switch. He was gone for over 1 hour on the clock for this errand 3) He was taking other calls and helping other technicians and doing other work while was on the clock for the work in my unit. He spent 15 minutes typing up the service order while still on the clock. Also, he was chatty, but the clock was running with such high rates, I would think there would be minimal engagement in communication. 4) H

Excellent customer service! Juan was extremely professional as well as educational. He asked questions, provided examples that helped me understand concepts that I did not understand. He was very diligent in finding the problem and solution. Excellent experience!!!
