Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

AC went out Memorial Weekend, and I have an existing ABMAY contract. ABMAY quoted $20K for a new system, called Top Notch Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing Someone came out SAME DAY within a few hours, I had a NEW quote for the SAME equipment as ABMAY for $6,000 less........ Did not go with Top Notch as ABMAY price matched, and will continue servicing the equipment. Had I not already had a standing contract would have ditched ABMAY.

We had an air conditioner issue in July for which Top Notch responded in less than 24 hours, were thorough, found the problem, and fixed it all in less than 30 minutes. Also explained what was wrong to my satisfaction. Price was reasonable. Service: A/C system repair

So the technicians are “top notch!” Haha. I just have a problem with the customer service department, other than Rebecca who is great. We needed a new part, got a great recommendation from the tech and ordered a new part which was supposedly backordered by months; which we ordered. The part came in in October, I asked if we could take it and hold onto it until spring and Rebecca said no problem, but they technically need to hold it until we wanted it installed in spring, and that’s fine! Now we had to go to Africa for a funeral (my husband is Moroccan) so we didn’t get around to calling until June and Rebecca was very pleasant but transferred me to a lady who was very confrontational. She told me that I canceled my order (I didn’t) and then proceeded to tell me that the quote was only good for 30 days… how does that work when the quote was made in July and the part didn’t come until October? So confused. I asked a couple of questions but she insisted she was right and needed to speak o
