Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

It's never fun when your AC goes out in August. Top Notch was our first and only call. Eddie Garcia came out to the house and presented options for the fix. He listened and explained each option so that I was informed before deciding on the solution. Eddie also was responsive during the process (both calls and e-mails). The team that came to do the job were nice, well mannered, clean and efficient. I hope to not see them again for a while. However, I do know who I will call should I have heat or cooling problems. While my husband and I were shopping around for a company to install a new AC and water heater, top notch was in our top 5 of companies we were considering. They arrived on time and took his time. My husband and I had several questions and the gentleman sat down and took his time answering each question and broke it down easily for us to understand. I could tell he was surprised that we had so many questions and he said he was happy we were asking because most people don't ask. I didn't like that the gentleman immediately started taking bad about other companies. Although we agreed with him on one of them, it still felt there was no need to do so because their price and timeline are fair (on the lower end and quick turnaround time compared companies we interviewed). The warrenty was outstanding. Better than most!

Our technician was on time, courteous, listened to all my concerns, and didn’t leave a mess when he was done. That’s everything you can ask for. The service not listed that he also performed for us, in addition to the HVAC maintenance, was our Rainsoft Water Softener system. Highly recommend! Service: HVAC system maintenance
