Kansas City Roofing Service - KCRS

We hired KCRS to replace out dated roof over 8 months ago. Mari Provencher was fantastic at handling all aspects of our project. The installers were on time and did an excellent job of keeping the site clean of debris. Any questions or concerns we had along the way Mari quickly addressed. 8 months in we have an had no issues with our roof. Great communication and follow-up. A few weeks after work was completed we had a drip from gutter develop. They came out that day to tape and cone off the sidewalk underneath the drip so that pedestrians would not slip on any frozen ice, then fixed the problem a few days later at no charge. Very professional salesman. He even assisted us with non-related roof replacements to complete our claim due to hail damage. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well as flexible to meet our busy schedules. Their workmanship is present among others in our neighborhood. Thank you!
