Ian showed up timely. Dutifully listened to my concerns and was creative in identifying the issue. Upon discovery solved the problem quickly. My AC went out and I had a Polestar technician show up within about an hour of calling. Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit. Kayla was able to walk me through the unit options, discuss payment options, and what to expect without any issues. The installation crew arrived the following morning. Had to replace my HVAC due to age and inefficiency. Polestar offered the best deal. The sales team, Tania, was friendly, answered my million questions, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The installers were two young men who were also friendly and worked quickly to get the whole project done. They were also generous and installed my new thermostat. They made sure everything was in good working order prior to leaving, cleaned up after themselves, and even took a few extra throw away things with them. A good deal all around.
