Everyone at Polestar are wonderful. Our furnace went out and they quickly came out to diagnose the problem. We received great detail from the technician and the office staff were helpful in finding solutions for us. They were quick to respond and patient with explaining the options and process. The installers were polite, efficient, and left the space much cleaner than they found it. They did a walk-through and explained everything before they left. My AC went out and I had a Polestar technician show up within about an hour of calling. Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit. Kayla was able to walk me through the unit options, discuss payment options, and what to expect without any issues. The installation crew arrived the following morning.
