I had an excellent experience working with Shamrock Roofing getting my roof redone due to hail damage that they identified in a courtesy inspection, and getting the awning in the front of my house repaired. I really appreciated the professionalism of the roofing team, the carpenter that worked on my awning, and the support provided to me by the Project Manager Dustin Sullivan.

Dustin was the representative and was always on time, polite, and answered any questions that I had. The process was very quick. He did the inspection and found the damage done. He took pictures and we filed a claim the same time. The adjuster was out the very next day and I had a quote for the repair within an hour and a half. The repair crew came in as planned, and the roof was done in less than a day, they cleaned up everything after themselves as well. I would recommend this roofing company. Highly recommend Shamrock Roofing. Our insurance company was giving us the runaround on our roof storm damage, and as we don't make insurance claims, we had no idea how to address. We called Shamrock and they took it from there. From verifying the damage, the fixes needed, making sure to be here to meet with the insurance adjusters, knowing the product and what should be acceptable and what should not be in repairs, and then completing quality work, they ensured that we were treated fairly with the insurer so we got the coverage our insurance policy intended and our roof was properly fixed. They definitely have our business anytime needed in the future.
