Our Project Manager Donny Chester was very patient, loyal, professional and knowledgeable with me and my Husband. He asked every question we asked which gave us reassurance and trust with him. Also his communication through via phone, text and emails were a Success!!!Donny made me and my Husband feel very comfortable throughout the process with NO worries! Also our Shamrock gutter crew did an amazing job installing our brand new gutters and we were more impressed with how well and quickly they cleaned everything when finished. It is such a wonderful feeling when our home feels like HOME and we are forever grateful. We do know that the work from Donny and the Shamrock Crew was very hard work for them but what me and my Husband got to see with our own eyes, they made it look so easy and with pride in the completion of EXCELLENT work. YES absolutely me and my husband most definitely highly recommend anyone on any day to Shamrock Roofing and Construction!! Thanks again you are AWESOME!!!

Shamrock ☘️ Roofing helped accomplish resolution to previous storm damage. We worked with two other roofing companies prior to shamrock to no avail. Our PM / sales person Kendal freeman took charge and provided all necessary information to the insurance company for resolution. Our insurance company claims adjuster was rude and condescending and determined to deny our claim.( remember insurance companies aren’t in business to pay claims)!!!!!! We lost our composure and the process fell apart. Mr Freeman took control of the process met with the insurance adjuster complied with all requested information then called us when completed with a confirmation of approved claim. The work was scheduled one week later the crew showed up and completed our roof in one DAY!!!!!!!! The work was perfect no damage to anything and the clean up was like they were never there all materials were removed the next day. All I can say is ask for Kendall freeman he made a bad situation better and hassle free woul

Donny is absolutely wonderful! He explained everything to us. Donny took the time to show me the damage. He was friendly and professional. Kind to our little dog also.The team repaired our roof part in 1 day. They were fast and friendly. This is a great company. I will definitely refer other to them. They understand how stressful it is,and make it better.
