I was having issues with my heating system and thermostat, so I gave them a call since they had such good reviews on Google. They fully lived up to their reputation. They were there the next afternoon and started maintenance on my heating system. Josh Gaddy was my first technician for maintenance, and he did a fantastic job! He found the reason behind my heating system shutting down frequently and provided me with some options as to how to deal with it. I ended up deciding to just replace both the heating system and AC since they were needing to be updated anyways. The very next morning, they were here installing both the new heating system and AC unit. Great thanks to Shane McClure for all the hard work you put in! Amazing, Attention to detail, PROFESSIONAL - that is not even enough to describe the level of service from Casey with Air Care. We had a brand new AC unit installed (thank you Eddie for being honest and walking us through ALL of our options, not just simply replace everything like other company in the metro suggested) during one of the warmest days last week. There were some issues that other companies had done. Casey stayed till way after 5 and got it all figured out and running! Our house is nice a cool now. THANK YOU!!! Air Care Heating & Cooling got me a technician out within 24 hours of my call to troubleshoot an issue with my water heater. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and had him service my furnace and humidifier. Josh G. was a great technician. Josh was friendly, professional, and took time to answer all my questions / explain things clearly for my non-technical self. I will definitely use Air Care Heating & Cooling in the future. UPDATE: I also purchased a new high efficiency furnace and A/C to replace aging units that were nearly 20 years old. Brad and Casey were the install technicians, and they were equally courteous and professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Great service all around!
