Air Care made arrangements to get me on the schedule right away. Josh the service technician made an excellent diagnosis of a furnace that was about to fail. Eddie the sales person presented the best options for my home needs. Shane came out the next day and quickly and professionally installed a new furnace. I was having issues with my heating system and thermostat, so I gave them a call since they had such good reviews on Google. They fully lived up to their reputation. They were there the next afternoon and started maintenance on my heating system. Josh Gaddy was my first technician for maintenance, and he did a fantastic job! He found the reason behind my heating system shutting down frequently and provided me with some options as to how to deal with it. I ended up deciding to just replace both the heating system and AC since they were needing to be updated anyways. The very next morning, they were here installing both the new heating system and AC unit. Great thanks to Shane McClure for all the hard work you put in! My a/c stopped working late in the afternoon on Monday. I called AirCare and they told me they’d have Josh out the next day between 10 and noon. Josh was on time, here within the window. He diagnosed my problem before he tested anything but his tests confirmed he was correct. In less than an hour he had my a/c running again with a new capacitor. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary.
