Our technician, Casey, was great. He was getting an unexpected result and was diligent about figuring out the issue. He also went above and beyond on cleaning the coils on the unit and now our AC is working better than ever. For the time and effort he put into the visit, I felt like we got excellent value. Amazing, Attention to detail, PROFESSIONAL - that is not even enough to describe the level of service from Casey with Air Care. We had a brand new AC unit installed (thank you Eddie for being honest and walking us through ALL of our options, not just simply replace everything like other company in the metro suggested) during one of the warmest days last week. My a/c stopped working late in the afternoon on Monday. I called AirCare and they told me they’d have Josh out the next day between 10 and noon. Josh was on time, here within the window. He diagnosed my problem before he tested anything but his tests confirmed he was correct. In less than an hour he had my a/c running again with a new capacitor. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary.
