I did my due diligence before I selected my A/C replacement company. I got detailed quotes from 4 companies before deciding. We had an old undersized unit that was on its last legs. Air Care came out, beat my best quote by almost $2000 and provided a higher grade unit. To make this story even better, we had an appointment for Monday for install. My old unit died for good on the Friday before. These guys jumped the gun and had a crew at my home at 8am Saturday to get us taken care of. By 3:30, we were back in business. Highly recommended. Air Care Heating & Cooling got me a technician out within 24 hours of my call to troubleshoot an issue with my water heater. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and had him service my furnace and humidifier. Josh G. was a great technician. Josh was friendly, professional, and took time to answer all my questions / explain things clearly for my non-technical self. I will definitely use Air Care Heating & Cooling in the future. UPDATE: I also purchased a new high efficiency furnace and A/C to replace aging units that were nearly 20 years old. Brad and Casey were the install technicians, and they were equally courteous and professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Great service all around!
