I am editing my previous review (shown below) as David the general service manager reached out to me this morning due to my review posted a couple days ago. I understand things happen and situations come up due to unknown circumstances and mis-communications. That is a part of life. David reached out to me and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make things right. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service he and electrician Dustin gave to me to make up for the previous appointment. They restored by confidence in Jeremy Electrical company and I would definitely recommend them in the future! Thank you for making things right. (Previous review...) I was hoping to be able to leave a good review but unfortunately they were a "no show." My appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00. I called at 9:30 and they were going to check to see why the delay and call me back with a new ETA. Never got a call back so I called again at 11:00 when they still had not showed
I had a great experience with Jeremy Electric. Their availability was great, they were super responsive, and very professional. We had some commercial ovens that needed to be wired, and an out-of-date circuit breaker that needed replacement. Our electrician, Nick, was perfectly comfortable working with this commercial equipment and our somewhat unusual electric setup. He even diagnosed a problem down to a dead fuse in one of the ovens. OUTSTANDING!! This is the only Electrical Company that answered our request for service. Not only did they answer, but they got back to us within 1 business day. We had a whole home surge protector installed in our electrical panel, the electrician was friendly, responsive to our questions and provided the service we requested quickly. I highly recommend Jeremy Electrical and will use them for all my future electrical needs. Service: Electrical fixture installation
