Team was great. Worked hard to get the job done right! And they were more than a good tech team. It took longer than anyone thought (it would’ve been better to know that was possible and the only reason for a 4 star instead of 5) and we thought we’d lost our cat during the day. The team really cared about that. In particular Reece really tried hard to help us find her. He is a great young man and a great example of a company who hires not just good techs but good people. Nick and Jake did a great job. They were knowledgeable and detected and fixed our leak and replaced valves quickly. Nick answered all my questions and explained our repairs nicely. There was an undetected issue that we didn't see when they were out, but we contacted them and they came back out the next day to resolve. Great service.
