JMC did a wonderful job updating our panel to 200 amp. There was a part on backorder for a while and they kept me updated the whole time. Communication was solid! They are always on time, and explain things in an easy to understand way. Shout out to Will who is nice, professional and does excellent work! Very happy with the service. First, I want to make it VERY clear that the technicians were fantastic. Thank you David and Denny for your pleasant attitudes, prompt arrival, and professionalism. This review is about Ed and the rest of the Sales team. Couple months ago, I had my attic fan serviced and that tech--who was also excellent--recommended that I have some wiring replaced in my attic. He took pictures, wrote a description, and assured me that he would pass the information along for swifter service once I was ready. Cue the incessant phone calls and emails! I was called multiple times a week from different numbers, and received multiple emails about scheduling that repair. I told them SO MANY TIMES that my work schedule didn't allow for scheduling at that time and that I would contact Them in the Fall once I was ready. To make matters worse, a ladder was left at my house AND I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING IT! I told the THREE people who called me that it was left outside for them to come pick up...it stay

JMC Electric was responsive in returning my call and was able to get to my job within a week's time. The two guys they sent were knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. I had a really great experience all the way around. There wasn't as much work as expected, and they were very up front and honest in telling me so, doing what needed to be done, and finishing up quickly. 100% satisfied!
