From the first time that someone from Bickimer came to our home right up to the day of service, we received, 5-star treatment. Mike Bickimer called me and gave me a detailed explanation of everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He even answered all of my wife's questions when she called him! Matt and Greg came to our home to install new circuits and breakers and even labeled the panel for us!!!! They were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves!! Bickimer completed a previous job so I called them back to my current electrical issue but also called AbMay as I have a service contract with AbMay. ABMay’s earliest was in 7 days. Gary with Bickimer was out in no less than 4hours. Now I know that isn’t always the case as they have more than enough work, but it was amazing to have the lights back on within hours. He fixed the issue, was thoughtful, professional and that makes them 2 for 2 on the projects they have helped us with. When in electrical trouble call Bickimer.
