We have had issues with our heat for the last month and a half, and have had multiple technicians come out to try and fix the problem. Loni was the technician to come out on our 5th try, and he dug in and found a problem that everyone else had missed and we finally have a warm house again!! We are so grateful to him for being so thorough and reliable (he was also here a couple years ago and fixed a minor problem). Service: Heating system repair

I'm not a huge review writer and should do a better job at that. Had an emergent cooling system malfunction this week, and in this heat was concerned about family and pets with the continued heat. An after-hours call was required and was so incredibly pleased JD was on call and willing to take his last call to help us out. JD was kind, understanding, and communicative. I received a prompt call back from him on an already busy call night. He kept me informed of his ETA, and on arrival was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, prompt diagnosis and completion of the repair allowed us to feel safe and comfortable. JD is a star employee and I plan to request him for my future PM needs on my HVAC system.
