Matt was very responsive and helpful in getting me setup to schedule a service appointment for our AC unit. Originally the appointment was scheduled for the next day, but One Hour was able to get me fit in the SAME DAY. The technician we worked with, Sean, was superb in diagnosing and fixing our issue. We had our air ducts cleaned today for probably the first time in our 30 year old house. The team did an excellent job. They kept us apprised of everything they were doing. They found an item that needed to be repaired. And were able to take care of that at the same time. We were extremely happy with Brendin and his team.. My a/c went out last night and I placed a request for service online. Mike was here by 9, quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a fix. Unfortunately the fix was a new system ???? . Mike was friendly, courteous and professional. He also uncovered some safety concerns and maintenance issues that had been neglected by my previous provider. Highly recommend this company.
