We’ve been a member of Davenport’s VIP program for almost 10 years. It is money well spent and we never have to worry about remembering to schedule or bi-yearly check ups. The Davenport staff gives us a phone call twice a year to set up our appointments and we never have to remember to call! We have had a lot of great technicians come to our house and today was no different! Toby was our technician this morning and he was so friendly and helpful! Their customer service was great! We had to replaced the water heater at my place of work and they made the process very smooth. Quinton was very polite and professional! Him and the two techs he brought with him did a great job installing our new water heater. Highly recommend them!
