We went through the design process with this company for an addition to our family home that was built prior to the 1900s. We weren’t quite sure exactly what our complete vision was but we had our list of must haves. I won’t lie I was a bit overwhelmed thinking about how we were going to get our families wants and needs to come together. Sarah did an amazing job at helping us navigate through the entire design process making the whole experience extremely smooth. She gave us reasonable deadlines on when we would be able to anticipate the next draft of what changes we wanted to see and followed through every time. She patiently simplified our options while continuing to uphold the integrity of our family farm house look. We are so grateful to have found KC Home Solutions for our remodel project! They had their work cut out for them, as we wanted to open up our 1960’s floor plan to include an updated kitchen, living room, dining space, and create a laundry room where one previously did not exist. KC Home Solutions walked us through the entire project and they were so organized, professional, and demonstrated great communication skills throughout the entire process. The 3D renderings that were drawn up prior to the remodel were so helpful in allowing us to envision our new space, and we appreciate how open and willing they were to tweaking the plan as the renovation unfolded. We were always made aware of any additional costs we were accruing and were given the chance to approve before any actions were taken. Our contractor’s attention to quality and detail was impressive. KC Home Solutions was amazing. The work they did on our basement was top notch. They came in under projected budget and done sooner than quoted. Their project manager kept us informed on every step of the project and kept all subcontractors organized and on time.
