He arrived precisely on time, spent a lot of time educating me on my HVAC system, and encouraged asking questions and discussing alternate repair options. Antony @ Pronto is probably the most honest and ethical HVAC service provider in KC. On every service visit, he explains exactly what's going on and the state of my system, he fixes obvious issues, and walks me through the pros and cons of any larger, necessary maintenance services or equipment replacements. His pricing is fair and you never feel like he's using scare tactics on you, which is more than I can say for other providers. (You know who you are.)
