I've used Polestar for years. They are professional, friendly, and always take the time to educate me on the services they're performing. Top notch business and staff! I found them through Costco and got a nice rebate from Costco. I thought the choices they gave me were good and did a nice gob installing the units. After a month I am happy with the new units performance. Quieter and house if very conformable. Would use them again.
I wouldn’t recommend Plumbing services. They came at my home to fix frozen pipes and they start doing the service before give us any estimates. They burned my trim faucet and left my house saying the pipes were not frozen anymore but my faucet would need a new piece to work again. They charged us $285 for defrosting the ice and told us that would return 2 days after to fix the rest. 4 days after the temperatures outside got warmer and guess what? My shower was working again without any repair. The pipes weren’t defrost by them and they never came back to fix my trim faucet. I called to the manager twice to ask my money back and they just don’t want to solve this issue. Take my advice. Don’t take their service. They have the worst customer service! Service: Shower repair
