I found them through Costco and got a nice rebate from Costco. I thought the choices they gave me were good and did a nice gob installing the units. After a month I am happy with the new units performance. Quieter and house if very conformable. Would use them again.

Larry T. has come to our home twice - once to diagnose a problem and another time to inspect after another technician performed the work. Larry was so patient and professional. He answered all of the questions we asked him with knowledgeable explanations. He expressed interest in helping us understand how to best care for our new unit and how to save money in doing so. Even when I called later with a follow up question, he was very kind and helpful. We have previously had only bad experiences with heating and cooling repairs/installs. It has been so refreshing to have Polestar provide affordable rates and quality service through skilled workers like Larry. Update: James came today and addressed some concerns we had about the unit. It made a sound we thought was strange, but all was actually working fine. James helped educate us on how to interpret that sound, how to verify if the unit is truly malfunctioning, and how to prepare the unit for possible extreme winter weather. I re
