Completed plumbing on shower rough-in very quickly and excellent job. Casper was polite, friendly, and helpful in giving some nice cleaning tips. Casper had all the tools needed and knowledge of the job. American Services was very quick to come out and do this repair. Definitely will use them again the next time a repair is needed.
I didn't call American Services directly but worked with them through Lowes for replacing a electric water heater. Patrick was careful and left the area cleaner than when he got there. I'll definitely be reaching out for future HVAC and plumbing concerns.
Fastest response time EVER by a repairman, especially in the middle of summer. Our A/C unit had a bad capacitor and from the time we called to the time it was replaced took less than an hour! Our service tech Ramone was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady who scheduled our appointment was also very friendly and kind. We would highly recommend Ramone and American Services.
