Fenix just replaced both heating & air conditioning units for me. Luke was great to work with getting the bids for the two units. I had Fenix Heating & Air installed a new heat pump and air handler at my home. Cory came to my home, sized the equipment needed, made sure all would fit in the necessary location and gave me a reasonable quote on the price. I had quotes from other companies, but Fenix came in with this best equipment and price. The Lennox equipment (with variable fan speed) is working great and is very quiet. The crew that did the install were on time and professional.They had the old equipment removed and the new equipment installed by the late afternoon. Luke quoted the job and revisited several times during the install. I had specific details (routing of air lines & vent line, addition of return in basement, etc.…) that Luke effectively communicated to install crew. Installers were professional and diligent.
