Southwestern Remodeling

I had southwestern remodeling come out to my home to give me a quote on a small deck. The same day I had two other well known companies come out for quotes as well (told them all the exact same thing I wanted). Southwestern was over 3 times the amount of the other two quotes. Southwestern 55K the other two companies 18K and 19K. I feel as if they tried to take advantage of a single women “unaware” of the market. I’m sure their work is great quality but I would advise to shop around. Positive: they returned the quote in a timely manner.

Southwestern Remodeling just finished adding a large screened in porch to our 1950s ranch. The workmanship was outstanding! It doesn't look like an addition, but blends beautifully with the existing home. They worked all day in freezing temperatures throughout December and January to complete this addition. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the project. I enjoyed working with Kelly, Chad and Tony. Chad called me frequently to check on the project and helped me with any questions I had regarding the heaters and brick. I can't wait for warmer temps to enjoy our new porch! Southwestern completed a garage for us. They had a terrific idea for placement on the property. The process was described to us in detail from who would be there, when and what they would be doing. The garage was completed early and the job site was spotless during all of the prep work and the construction. The staff were all terrific. The garage simply could not be better. They went above and beyond to ensure the new structure complimented the 25 year old house. Plus the concrete work is perfect. I recommend them to anyone looking to build a new structure. I would use them again for certain.
