Zach was great! He was friendly, professional, efficient, and his quote was almost exactly what we were charged. I was nervous that we were going to need to replace the furnace, but Zach found the broken part, got a replacement and fixed it no problem. There was no mention of replacing the unit! Zack did a very good job of the installing the equipment and quite happy with the decision to go with installer and Amana brand high efficiency units.
