Marcel and Branden installed a new steam humidifier and replacement air conditioner unit in our home this past week, expertly and with professionalism. Install was done neatly, cleanup was complete. I was given a thorough demonstration and explanation of the new equipment before they left. All around great experience with A&B. The owner, office staff and installers were fantastic! We had a new system installed so spent 2 days with installers. Marcel and Brandon were very professional, on time every day for the job and answered any questions we had along the way. They walked us through the system before they left to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the install. They made sure we knew how to work the thermostat and got it all connected to our phones for remote access. The office staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions about financing and scheduling. The owner was very attentive and stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and to see if we had any questions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
