Our AC went out and instead of having to wait an extra day our technician Ryan went out of his way to work late on a Friday and come out to help us get out of this awful heat. He provided amazing service and didn't leave until he was sure we wouldn't be stuck another night without AC. Love everything about Arronco and we have been customers for YEARS! They've got such an impressive team! Want to recognize a couple people who have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Sean T., master plumber, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He just installed a new hot water heater in our home as well as a HALO water filtration system. We are very pleased with his work and love having "Fuji-equivalent" water throughout our home. Thank you Sean T! :) Another employee we would like to recognize is Shaun L. Eric responded very quickly to repair our heat pump last Saturday after it quit working in the sweltering heat. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite and thoroughly explained what he was doing.
