I tried calling a couple of companies before I called Robertson and those companies simply were not easy to work with. Wouldn't take new clients, couldn't get out there for days, or rude receptionists.The receptionist at Robertson was so nice and helpful, the plumber came out the next morning, and he was excellent. Even though Greg had his work cut out for him, he got it done in a timely manner, explained what he was doing, what was done wrong, and did an excellent job. He even came back out to turn the water back on 2 hours later for me - customer service above and beyond. As a real estate agent, I'm always looking for dependable companies to refer to clients and Robertson Plumbing will be at the top of my list for plumbers!
Exactly what I expect from a professional! Returned my call promptly, scheduled the appointment in a timely manner, showed up at the scheduled time, completed the task efficiently and correctly, polite and cleaned up after himself. Even my dog liked him!
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable; I could go on and on. Called yesterday due to a pipe that burst due to the weather. They were out this morning at 8:00am. 2.5 hours later they have repaired all the pipes that were damaged and got us running water again.
