We couldn’t have been more pleased with Poston Brothers and especially of the technician, David, who came to our place to service our heating system. He was thorough in his work and gave us detailed information about our system and areas that could potentially be troublesome in the future. No other service company that we have been with has done this and given us information to help us prevent failures in the future. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable of our system. We highly recommend them as a company! They have installed mini split systems for us as well and couldn’t have been more pleased with those. We wish we would have installed them years ago! Mark Bowman was the technician and he came out and was very thorough explaining to me how to use my new thermostat. When things are new and unfamiliar, it can be overwhelming and with past experience that wasn’t so good. I am grateful that Mark took the time to get the book out and show me as well as explain. What each thing meant and how do use it. He was very thorough and understanding of my concerns. Highly recommend and I’m thankful for good quality customer service.

My AC went out and a family member recommended this company after they installed their new unit. I called at 8 am and JD was here by 10:30 and had me back up and running by 11:30. JD was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest about diagnosing and fixing my issue. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable.
