We lost heat with the storm that just came through. My husband requested service online and we were called back quite quickly. Mr David Benjamin called to let us know he was on his way and even came before the quoted time. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get our heat running fairly quickly. Mr. Benjamin was very kind and explained everything that was going on with our system. Mark was great - he was thorough and didn't mind repeating himself so my husband and I could be on the same page since only one of us was home. They were great! Our AC went out on Sunday night. I called 4 other companies and they were either unviable till the next Friday with charging extra to come out to our area, unresponsive to calls or just plain rude but Poston Brothers/Sweet Life was great! they were so helpful, came out same day and the tech, David B., was AMAZING! Honestly, he went above and beyond to help us understand what was going on and breaking down the price of everything as well. He was such a help! Service: A/C system repair
