Sweet Life Heating and Cooling and their technician, Mark, provided us with a very thorough AC cleaning and tune-up. Mark went above and beyond to make sure our AC was in tip top shape and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process. He was respectful of our property and super friendly. Mark even gave us advice on how we can make our AC unit last to its fullest potential. We were so pleased with our service today and will continue using Sweet Life for all our heating and cooling needs! We are a part of the VIP club membership and feel like it is well worth it! I’ve used Piston Bros many times over the years; in fall David was my service tech and he seemed incredibly knowledgeable so I specifically requested him this time. It’s hard to be a single woman and not feel like you’re being swindled or taken advantage of when it comes to service. That wasn’t an issue at all. David did a great job with my annual maintenance and seemed to fix the issue I was having with my AC not keeping up on hot days! Will 100% be requesting him in the future! (Plus my dogs love him!)

I could not be happier with my experience with Poston Brothers/ Sweet Life Heating & Cooling and specifically Dave. They were able to get me an appointment quickly, sent a picture of Dave before he arrived and even had a tracking feature with his estimated arrival time. Dave was very polite and knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose and fix an issue in less than two hours that my previous servicer couldn’t fix in multiple visits. 10/10 recommend! Service: HVAC system repair
