I am always a big advocate for supporting local/family first but have really struggled with this company. If i could get a refund for the yearly service plan i enlisted in Oct I would. They were hired to complete a furnace maintenance and encouraged me to do an air duct cleaning at a later date. Air duct scheduling was almost a month out but was fine with that. However when it came time to do the air duct they were a no call no show, even though i received an appointment confirmation text two day before. While family matters happen, the individual still never called me back to reschedule or followed up for continued service. Upon hiring a new company, it turns out that my furnace hadn't even been properly cleaned and the filter wasn't even changed. I'd encourage the next generation who is taking over the business to build their client communication skills, confidence and knowledge of the work. My review is for service from several months ago. Google may update this as being done just now. Michael, the owner, and his crew are great to work with when it came to getting our basement serviced with new ducts and vents. They were respectful to rescheduling and even gave a cursory check over the work done by a previous HVAC Company, which was unexpected because we found out they did not properly secure our vents and that another company did not clean our vents properly. I was very impressed and felt at ease when talking to Michael and did not feel like I was being talked down to, something that is greatly appreciated. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
