Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning

The motor blew on our unit yesterday morning. When we called the woman who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. Our service repair man, Phillip came out right on time. He took out the motor quickly, and diagnosed the issues. He had to return the next day with the part and final repair. It was prompt. He was on time. The repair was done quickly and he gave us a lot of advice and tips on cooling our home and taking care of our unit. Things we never thought of. The cost was very reasonable for parts and labor. It was nice to work with a company that did not go for the high dollar sell, like replacing the entire unit when it was unnecessary, which has happened to several friends of mine. We will begin scheduling yearly check up with Bob's and when the time comes to actually replace it is good to know we have a trustworthy business to turn to!

I needed same day service and Phil came out within an hour and a half of the initial call. It was raining and he didn’t balk. We have to have a motor ordered and replaced. Phil explained everything well, as he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Phil!!

Easily the best experience I’ve had with any HVAC company. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful. We needed a new unit installed during the hottest part of summer and Bob’s team got it done quickly and at a great price. Going forward, I know who I’ll call when we run into HVAC troubles.
