Comfort Heating & Air

My AC died on a Saturday night. I toughed it out until Monday. I called Comfort and they sent me a very nice young man named Peyton who was here by 1:30. He changed the faulty capacitor and I was good to go. These things aren't cheap but the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Comfort Heating and Air!!

On the hottest July 20th day, my A/C unit gave up. I called Comfort Heating & Air at the end of the day, and Mr. Travis spoke to me very friendly and sent a technician within an hour. Mr. Matt was friendly and addressed me nicely. Then he crawled to Attic and repaired it. He is well-versed in the issues. The next day, my second AC unit was also down, and Google Nest indicated the issue. I called the comfort heating office in the morning, and a receptionist took the message. Then, Ms. Emily arranged a repair technician within 2 hours schedule. Both of them spoke to me very politely and professionally. The tech, Mr. Cody, came and figured it out the capacitor issue quickly. He did an outstanding job and was also very polite. I am pleased that both technicians of Comfort Heating did exceptional jobs and am 100% satisfied. The professionalism and friendliness of Comfort Heating is unmatchable. Ryan sold us our system, he was on time, answered all of our questions and assisted with financing, he is a great guy. The crew consisted of Frank, Riley and Coby. They were super guys and they did an awesome job removing the old and installing the new A/C unit and furnace. We were extremely satisfied with everyone and everything.
